The Windham Parks & Recreation Department in cooperation with the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars is planning a trip for Windham veterans of U.S. armed forces to visit the Maine Military Museum and Learning Center in South Portland, Maine (www.mainemilitarymuseum.info).
The trip leaves from the Windham Town Offices at 8 School Road on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes lunch for those veterans in attendance.
