Posted on: August 31, 2015[ARCHIVED] Paving to begin 7:00 AM 9-1-15 on Manchester Drive
FR Carroll will be paving Manchester Drive tomorrow morning. Work will begin at approximately at 7:00AM. Manchester Drive runs from Route 35 to Landing Road behind Wal-Mart. Please seek an alternate route if at all possible. There will be delays.
