The Town of Windham has no official Halloween events scheduled for tonight. Be aware that three-quarters of the town is still without power. We strongly recommend not trick-or-treating in neighborhoods where power has not been restored. We also urge those with children to exercise common sense and take all appropriate safety measures if you do choose to go out trick-or-treating (have children accompanied by adults, and use flashlights, glow sticks, reflective clothing and other items to improve visibility, etc.).
