Chapter 160, Marijuana Business Licensing, of the Ordinance for the Town of Windham was enacted June 25, 2020. Marijuana Businesses shall not begin or continue operation unless it has received and is in possession of a license pursuant to the Ordinance. Applications can be found on the Town website at https://www.windhammaine.us/677/Marijuana-Business-License or at the Town Clerks Office. Application deadline is July 27th. Additional Info...
