Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham, in conjunction with Portland Water District (PWD), is requesting sealed bids for the Lantern Lane Culvert Replacement project. There will be two (2) separate contracts for this work: Contract (1) Culvert Replacement Town funded work and Contract (2) Water Improvements PWD funded work. The project consists of replacing the existing 36” CMP culvert crossing Lantern Lane with a new 48” Kanaflex culvert, associated cast-in-place concrete headwall/wingwalls, and water main renewal.
Proposals will be accepted electronically ONLY with the name of the Bidder and Project Name in the subject of the email and must be received by 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at which time they will be opened and publicly read via Zoom teleconference.
