The Town of Windham is soliciting proposals for engineering services for the Replacement of Varney’s Bridge, Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) WIN 026240.00. The Town is undertaking this project with the MaineDOT with state funding through the Low Use / Redundant Bridge Program. This project will be done as a locally administered project.
The primary deliverables will be a preliminary design report (PDR), design plan impacts, and a final plans, specifications and estimate (PS&E) package. Proposers must provide a technical proposal and separate, sealed price proposal. No mention of price shall be included in the technical proposal.
