Lab Coat Adventures

Put on a lab coat and be energized with our hands-on experiments. Program topics will range from astronomy to zoology. This science program is designed for students in grades 2-6 and parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay too. Some programs will be outside, weather permitting. Tech Help

Free one-on-one tech help with experienced, computer-savvy library staff. Help with email, downloading applications, printing online pictures, navigating websites, laptops, eReaders, tablets, & more. Protect Maine's Oceans (in-person or Zoom)

A presentation by Crystal Canney, Executive Director of Protect Maine’s Fishing Heritage Foundation (PMFHF), that will discuss the threat, how we got here, and what you can do to protect one of Maine's greatest natural resources. PMFHF is working to protect Maine's oceans from the threat of industrial-scale aquaculture. Masks optional. Event held with your choice of attending in person or via Zoom.
